PBM, has been shortlisted for an ARMA ACE Award in the larger managing agent category.
ARMA, the Association of Residential Managing Agents, and their ACE Awards celebrate excellence and exceptional achievements by the UK’s leading managing agents and suppliers, as well as the work of their people in improving the lives of thousands of leaseholders.
The judging panel is made up of senior property professionals who make their decision based on a number of criteria. In the larger managing agent category, judges were looking for evidence of strategic vision, a focus on client’s needs, operational excellence and how it represented good value for money, excellent leaseholder communications, efficient handling of enquiries and a continued investment in staff training and development.
“Being shortlisted for this award is a great honour,” said Gary Cane, Managing Director of PBM. “We’ve worked really hard over the years trying to make a difference for the leaseholder residents and blocks we manage and we’re proud to be nominated in this industry recognised award.”
Winners will be announced at the awards dinner on Friday 5th July.
