Premier Block Management (PBM) has been shortlisted for a RESI Award in the property manager of the year category.
The annual RESI awards, in conjunction with Property Week, is the biggest private sector property awards of its kind that recognises and celebrates excellence in the UK’s residential property sector. The awards bring together key players in the residential market including leading developers, landlords, house builders, operators, investors, agencies and local authorities.
The judging panel is made up of over 35 senior property professionals with a breadth of industry experience.
Each category is judged on a number of criteria. For the property manager award, judges were looking for evidence of innovation, vision and boldness, first class business acumen, strong financial performance, challenges faced and overcome, strong client focus with a proactive approach to tenant relations, customer service initiatives, landmark deals and examples of refurbishment or redevelopment projects.
“Being shortlisted for this industry award is amazing,” said Gary Cane, Managing Director of PBM. “Over the past ten years, we’ve worked really hard to do things differently, to make sure our leaseholders and residents are happy, and that their homes are well cared for. It just goes to show that all our hard work is starting to pay off.”
Winners will be announced at a virtual awards ceremony on Wednesday 2nd December. More information on the awards can be found here.
