“We can only say, it’s been a breath of fresh air since pbm were chosen as our preferred managing agents for our development in Hemel Hempstead. pbm have been on hand on each occasion to welcome our new owners into their new apartment by making them feel welcome and at home from day one. With a mixture of first-time buyers and new owners down-sizing from larger properties, it’s been a great help having pbm there to answer many of the day-to-day questions that residents ask. We have a great community vibe going on with the help of pbm.
pbm held a “Welcome Event” in February inviting everyone to The Foundry’s Business Suite for coffee and croissants. This was a great initiative and gave everyone the opportunity to meet the Property Management Team at pbm in person. This does make communication easier when the owners have had the chance to meet the members of the team in person.
There will be further community events held on site to continue to build this positive relationship. The Team’s details appear on the Notice Boards so that pbm remain easy to contact.
In a short space of time pbm were able to find us a permanent on-site Estate Manager/Caretaker as part of the service offered to all residents. Robert comes with a great deal of experience able to deal with practical matters on-site as well as meet and greet residents and deal with the questions they may have. This also offers a friendly face and extra neighbourhood security at The Foundry.
