For specific information about your block, log in to the customer portal. You’ll find the latest news for your blocks, updates on any maintenance work and all your important documentation.
To pay your service charges, simply click the make a payment box and you can get it sorted in a jiffy. Easy!
If there are problems in your block that need addressing, please click on our request a repair box and you’ll be taken to our dedicated maintenance site where you can log the issue in more detail and we can get on to fixing it straight away.
