Elstree-based Premier Block Management (PBM) announces the launch of its’ lettings service, with new recruit Danny Franklin at the helm.
PBM has carved out a niche within the highly competitive property management sector as the voice of reason in the industry campaigning for better standards and helping flat owners to understand the key issues they face. Adding a dedicated lettings services will enable them to offer a true end-to-end service, not just managing the entire block and its upkeep, but the individual flats too.
PBM’s lettings service will include everything from managing the listing, showing the property and vetting to tenants, to dealing with contracts, issues and complaints, and any ongoing maintenance.
Danny Franklin has more than 14 years’ experience in the industry having worked his way up from junior agent, senior negotiator to lettings manager. Danny joins the team as Head of Lettings.
“Building on a decade’s worth of experience in property management, we understand what it takes to manage a block in a cost effective, efficient manner while at the same time keeping our customers happy. It made sense then, to extend our successful property management model to include the owners of the flats, helping them with the entire lettings process from start to finish” commented Gary Cane, Managing Director at PBM. “Danny is an experienced lettings manager, who will bring years’ of experience to the role as we look to build this part of the business” he added.
