Premier Block Management (PBM), has been shortlisted for two Property Management Awards in the customer service and national property management company of the year categories.
The annual property management awards, in conjunction with News on the Block who are members of The Independent Awards Standards Council and carry with them the Gold Awards Trust Mark, celebrates exceptional achievements and excellence by the UK’s leading managing agents and suppliers.
The judging panel is made up of senior property professionals with a breadth of industry experience. Judges were divided into three groups (covering a subsection of the categories) and initially scored all entries independently via an online portal. Each group of judges then met to review and discuss the results for their categories and to agree the final shortlist.
Each category is judged on a number of criteria. For the customer service award, judges were looking for evidence of a clear communication process leading to high levels of customer service, testimonials of excellence and professionalism as well as examples of challenges met and overcome. For the national property management company of the year award, judges were looking for companies that could demonstrate in-depth building management knowledge, business growth and sustainability, successful enquiries and complaints handling, innovation in property management and high levels of customer service.
“We’ve worked really hard over the past ten years to do things differently, to make sure our leaseholders and residents are happy, and that their block is well cared for,” said Gary Cane, Managing Director of PBM. “Being shortlisted for two industry awards is amazing. It just goes to show that all our hard work is starting to pay off.”
Winners will be announced at the awards dinner on Friday 22nd November.
