The winners of the annual News on the Block Property Management Awards were revealed at a glittering ceremony on Friday 22nd November at the HAC Artillery Gardens, London.
The awards celebrate excellence and exceptional achievement by the UK’s leading residential managing agents, partners and suppliers and the work of their people in improving the lives of leaseholders across the country.
Premier Block Management (PBM), one of the leading property management companies in the UK, were announced as the winners in the customer service category following a rigorous judging process by a panel of independent judges.
New for this year, News on the Block changed the way the awards were judged. The panel made up of senior property professionals with a breadth of industry experience were divided into three groups and initially scored all entries for their selected categories independently. Each group then met to review and discuss the results and agree the final winners. As a result of this change, the Property Management Awards were awarded with the Independent Awards Council’s prestigious Gold Awards Trust Mark.
“Customer service is the cornerstone of everything we do at PBM and to be recognised for this award is truly amazing,” said Gary Cane, Managing Director of PBM. “The team work incredibly hard responding quickly to any issues or requests, remaining professional at all times and keeping our customers informed and up to date.”
“This win just tops off a great year, which started with us winning the gold trusted service award from Feefo, then the ARMA ACE Award in the larger managing agent category in the summer and now this! Our customer service team and property managers work really hard keeping our customers happy, so this award is for them” he added.
