Premier Block Management’s (PBM), Gary Cane, has won a Property Management 50 award for influencer of the year.
The awards, usually announced at the annual Flat Living the Roadshow event, were presented virtually this year due to the ongoing lockdown constraints. The awards, in association with Flat Living magazine, recognise outstanding contributions from all levels within the residential property management industry and in particular people who have made a significant impact to their clients, company or industry in the last 12 months.
Judging the awards, were five legends in their own right, who are well respected and known in the industry for their outstanding contribution to raising standards in their respective areas. They are also previous winners of the awards and so perfectly placed to judge this year’s recipients. Influencers are those experienced industry experts who continue to strive and improve the property management industry. Recipients of the award, nominated by colleagues and residents, needed to demonstrate strong leadership skills, effective industry engagement, innovation and positive impact.
