noko building
When we took over the management of the NOKO building in Kensal Rise, London in 2010, it was only five years old but already looking rough around the edges. It was a development in need of some serious TLC.
Finding practical solutions to property problems is what we do best. So, with a close eye on securing better value, we tendered the cleaning contracts, gave the lifts a serious overhaul and completed extensive redecoration works.
bryon place
When you live in a shared apartment block, you expect that the little things will be taken care of, as well as the big ones. We took over the management of Byron Place in Wembley, London in 2013 and found it in a sorry state. Little things like post, rubbish bins and parking, were becoming big problems and wasting money.
At PBM we like to look for the better way and at Byron Place that meant pushing for higher standards from contractors and securing better value for the services that were badly needed. It meant being there to keep on top of the small issues before they became big headaches.
